1. Eligibility & Return Window
You may initiate a return for items purchased directly from IISGIRL’s independent site within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition (no signs of wear, stains, or damage).
- Original tags, labels, and packaging intact (including hygiene liners for sports bras and leggings, which are non-removable for hygiene reasons).
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation email or receipt.
Note: Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) and personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Initiate the Return: Send an email to iisgirl@outlook.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Package the Items: Securely pack the eligible items along with a copy of the order confirmation and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package back using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring high-value items). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on IISGIRL’s part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary by payment provider, but you can expect to see the funds within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return initiation email. We will process the exchange once we receive and approve your returned item, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size/color), please contact us at
